If our personality survives, then it is strictly logical or scientific to assume that it retains memory, intellect, other faculties, and knowledge that we acquire on this Earth. Therefore ... if we can evolve an instrument so delicate as to be affected by our personality as it survives in the next life, such an instrument, when made available, ought to record something.

EVP

Electronic voice phenomena - or EVP - is a mysterious event in which human-sounding voices from an unknown source are heard in a recording.  The mysterious voices are not heard at the time of recording, it is only when the recording is played back that the voices are heard. The voices often sound mechanical or robotic, and often have an unexplained 'clicking' sound before or after them. Sometimes amplification is required, and you'll find that some of the EVP here are played once at normal volume, then looped several times with amplification. I do not filter or 'enhance' voices, I only amplify the very faint ones. The use of headphones when listening is recommended, because sometimes the voices or sounds are very faint.

The one titled 'I hope she's coming back' is especially interesting to me because when it was recorded, I was the only person in the area, far from the other investigator present that night.

Riverside Cemetery

Okay I don't know that I'd exactly call this an EVP, but there was some strange interference with my recorder, and in places it sounds like there might possibly be voices. Please email me if you have an opinion. Basically I was walking in the cemetery, and there was snow on the ground, so you hear the crunching beneath my feet and a little wind.....
